We will gladly accept returns or exchanges of unused items. Items must not be worn, washed, stained, or altered in anyway. All original tags must be attached. 

Returns must be initiated within 10 days from the date your order was delivered to receive a full refund.

Unfortunately, if you are unable to initiate the return within this timeframe, your order will only be eligible for an exchange or store credit.

Pradegal monitors returns to identify potential misuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges.

Any items purchased with a discount code during a seasonal promotion will be eligible for store credit only. 

Steps to Exchange/Return

To initiate a return, please email your full name and order number along with an explanation of your return/exchange to info@pradegal.com:
  • We will generate a pre-paid return label for you. A return postage fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you've received free shipping on your original order, you will be charged for your shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

We will send you an email once your return has been processed. Your final refund amount will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. It can take 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.

Defective items

We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your item arrives in a damaged condition, please contact our customer care team immediately at info@pradegal.com so that we can get you sorted.

Refused Packages

Please accept the delivery and contact our customer care team at info@pradegal.com  so that we can get you sorted if there are any issues with your package.

If you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization from us, you’ll be responsible for all shipping charges.

Unreceived Packages 

We ask that you keep a close eye on your tracking information provided for any updates issued. We kindly ask that you be available in person to accept your package at the time of your scheduled delivery date. If you are not available to accept your package at the time of your scheduled delivery date, please contact the courier to arrange for a time that works best for you.

Once the package is deemed as successfully delivered, Pradegal is not responsible for any missing, lost and/or stolen packages.

Returned to Sender

We will contact the customer via email on file before cancelling the order. Customers who still want to receive the package must pay for new shipping costs.

Redirecting an order

Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
